My passion for video editing started when I was 11, learning how to edit videos with a copy of Window Movie Maker on my family's home computer. By the age of 15 I began learning other editing software through my own experimentation, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
I used my editing skills to create weekly news announcements for Goffstown High School before and during, and after the Covid-19 Pandemic. This program, called The Grizzly Buzz, allowed me to explore and exercise skills from pre-production to post-production.
At Fitchburg State University I began to focus more on short form content by creating social media videos for various departments, such as Disability Services and for the campus itself.
The arts, whether digital or physical, have always been an important part of my life. Outside of editing I enjoy drawing and playing the clarinet, but most importantly I love teaching dance. I taught the dance style KPop at university for a year while also creating choreography for various clubs on campus.
I love to be involved and help others, which is why I love video editing so much. This medium allows anyone to express their thoughts and wishes to those around the world, creating a connection that leaves a lasting image on the audience.
